About SeNA The Southeast Neighborhood Association (SeNA) was first incorporated in 1977 in an effort to serve as a forum for residents to guide the nature of growth and development which occurred in the area in that time and through the 1980s. Currently, most available land within SeNA boundaries has been fully developed, and SeNA's main purpose is to preserve and improve the "look and feel" of our Neighborhood. ...more history will be added when available.
