City Code (Chapter 14) regarding Streets... -
If you would like to learn more about City Code, and the requirements, specifications, and 'rules' regarding streets, sidewalks, or anything else.... It is online! Its a little hard to dig thru the whole thing, so we have extracted a key section regarding streets and sidewalks, and have a link to the actual Code as published by the City.

Some general information for your consideration to help understand the pros and cons of gravel and asphalt street surface options that we face with new developments with respect to the impact on local hydrology. This Memorandum was prepared by 'our' Hydrologist, Reid Bandeen, of Truchas Hydrologic Assoc, Inc. This is good background reading to help understand some of the issues when evaluating a specific development plan such as the Sanchez Development.

Update concerning Branch's Proposed Development of the "Sanchez Property" -
Information, concerns, and suggestions from area residents concerning the proposed development of the 19 acre parcel owned by the Sanchez Family located between Calle de Leon and Cristobol Lane by Dennis Branch. Plans are now for two separate entrances, but still need a lot more changes...
